Users can access the Recycle Bin to recover data they deleted within their Salesforce org. Items within the Recycle Bin are permanently deleted after 15 days.
Steps:
- In AIM, click the App Launcher
in the top left corner of your screen.
- Key ‘Recycle Bin’ into the search bar and select the item.

- Restore items by selecting the checkbox to the left of the record and clicking the ‘Restore’ button in the top right corner.

- Once the record is restored from the Recycle Bin, you will receive a popup confirming the item was restored with the record linked.

Note: Once an item is deleted from the Recycle Bin, it is permanently unrecoverable. Restored documents will appear back in the location they originated from.
