How to Add, Clone, or Bulk Remove a Contact from Mailing Lists

The Mailing Lists component on a Contact record allows you to quickly manage which mailing lists a contact belongs to. From this component, you can add a contact to a mailing list using the dropdown, clone mailing lists from another contact, or bulk remove the contact from all Mailing Lists at once.

Steps:
  1. Go to a Contact Record and locate the ‘Mailing Lists’ related list.

  1. Select your desired action:
    1. Add Contact to Mailing List dropdown: Allows you to select a pre-existing Mailing List to add the contact to.
    2. Clone: Allows you to search for a contact and clone their Mailing Lists to the contact you’re viewing.
    3. Remove All: Will remove the contact record from all related Mailing Lists.
    4. Caret dropdown: Allows you to remove the contact from one Mailing List.
