In the VDR/Portal, end users can update account information such as Name, Company, Email, and if you’d like to receive emails when a document is shared with you.
Steps:
- Login to your VDR/Portal account.
- Click the hamburger menu in the top right corner and select ‘My Account”.

- On the left side, select Personal Information.

- Scroll down to the bottom to update information such as your name, email address, company, and whether you’d like to receive emails when a document is shared with you.
