How to Update Your VDR/Portal Information for End Users

In the VDR/Portal, end users can update account information such as Name, Company, Email, and if you’d like to receive emails when a document is shared with you.

Steps:
  1. Login to your VDR/Portal account.
  2. Click the hamburger menu in the top right corner and select ‘My Account”. 

  1. On the left side, select Personal Information. 

  1. Scroll down to the bottom to update information such as your name, email address, company, and whether you’d like to receive emails when a document is shared with you.
