As an admin in the VDR/Portal, you can update end user’s email addresses who are not global users. Below are the steps on how to update an end user’s email address in the VDR/Portal.
Steps:
- In the VDR/Portal, navigate to the ‘Users’ tab and search for the user you need to update.
- Click on the user and select the ‘edit’ button in the top right.

- Enter the new email address into the “Email” field and click ‘SAVE CHANGES’ in the top right.

Global User Consideration:
If the “Email” field is not editable and you can only edit the “Access Expiration Date”, the user is in multiple Workspaces making them a global user. They will need to update this information on their end. Check out How to Update your VDR/Portal Information for End Users for more information.
