How to Access and Set Up Investor Engagement Manager

Before you can start using Investor Engagement Manager (IEM), you’ll need to accept your Altvia Launchpad invitation and complete a one-time connection between your CRM and IEM. Once that’s done, you’re all set.

Steps:

1. Look for an invitation from Altvia Launchpad (sent from launchpad@altvia.com) to set up your login, and accept it.
   • Note: If you already have a Launchpad account from a prior Altvia product, you won’t receive a new invite, so either login as normal or use the password reset button to regenerate your login credentials.
2. Log in to Altvia Launchpad.
3. From the left panel navigation menu, click Connections.
4. On the Connections page, click +New Individual Connection and select ‘Salesforce’
5. A window will open showing the Salesforce login screen. Enter your standard credentials and MFA as you normally would.
6. Once connected, the Connections page will show the status as Connected, and you’re ready to use IEM. This connection only needs to be completed once per user.
