Often times there are Answers Dashboards imbedded within ShareSecure. ShareSecure admins can manage which ShareSecure users can access specific embedded Dashboards.
Steps:
- Log in to your Admin ShareSecure account and navigate to the ‘Groups’ tab on the top of your screen.
- Search for and locate the ShareSecure group that has access to the Answers Dashboard.
- Select ‘Add User’, search for the user you would like to add, select them and click ‘Add’.
Note: It may take up to an hour for the Analytics tab to appear after adding a user to the Answers Dashboard group.
- Confirm the user has access by navigating to the user you added and click ‘View as User’.
- Confirm that the Analytics tab is exposed for the user.
