How to Update Email Address in the VDR/Portal (Admins)

If an Admin needs to update your email address in the portal, log in to your user account and follow the steps below.

Steps:
  1. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right and go to  ‘My Account’:

  1. Select the ‘Personal Information’ tab

  1. Scroll down until you see the ‘Update Profile’ section, and update the ‘Email’ field.

  1. Save changes with the  ‘Update’ button.
