The IR Associate user guide introduces the key tools within Altvia’s Investor Engagement Manager (IEM) to support day-to-day fundraising operations and investor relationship management. The purpose of IEM is to streamline fundraising workflows, maintain accurate pipeline information, and keep important activities organized and moving forward. This includes tracking fundraising opportunities and commitments through the Fundraise Dashboard, reviewing investor information and relationship history through LP360, managing tasks through My Day, and monitoring important updates through Alerts. Together, these tools help users stay on top of daily responsibilities, maintain visibility into fundraising activity, and ensure important follow-ups and updates don’t fall through the cracks.
