Checklists in AIM
In the course of moving a deal or fundraising opportunity through the pipeline, oftentimes firms have a consistent set of steps or action items that their team must complete. Previously, users have worked through these steps using a range of custom-built mechanisms. Checklists ensure that the steps are attached to each record and provide an interface for monitoring and updating progress.
Checklists can be set up as a new tab on each record created for Deals, Funds, Fundraising, and Pipeline records. You can create ahead of time what items you want the checklist to include on all new records created and/or you can add checklist items one by one at your discretion.
